Synergetic approach in bus ticket issuing, mass electronic payments and fare collection that leads to breakthrough.

Since 2003 in tight cooperation with our partner Kryimautotrans (the largest Ukrainian bus traffic operator) our company develops and deploys new business processes and according IT-solutions in area of Ukraine-wide passenger services.

Crimea region has very intensive bus passenger traffic especially in summer season traditionally. Passenger services are managed by regional commercial enterprise (traffic operator) playing managerial and coordinating role for bus owners and passengers.

ASTRA-Auto ASPS is a bundle of web-service-based software providing coverage of main business processes of regular bus traffic operator. ASTRA-Auto ASPS project is based on the same software framework as ASTRA UZ ASPS. Average daily operation rate of ASTRA-Auto is about several tens of thousands (20,000-50,000) tickets. Seat reservation (booking) engines are deployed on several servers interacting each to other to support transparent "from-to" strategy for purchaser of ticket.

Operation documents (in e-form) are processed preliminary at bus-station layer by local accountants and enqueued periodically to upper-level servers (through regional to central). The high management of regular traffic operator is a main customer of stored and processed data using it to obtain optimal level of income with the highest level of providing services.
